It is useful to have a short conversation on the phone prior to our first meeting. This helps us both to find out whether I can offer what you are looking for. If we decide to go ahead I will offer you an appointment within the coming week to suit us both.
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and you are welcome to ask questions. I will explain confidentiality & ask you for your contact details. When you feel ready we can look at the issues that have brought you to counselling.
Times
I offer flexible appointment times during daytimes and evenings. I see clients once a week, the sessions lasting for 50 minutes for individuals and 60 minutes for couples/families.

Families £60
There are a limited number of concessionary places at £35 for student counsellors and pensioners who are on income support and/or suffering severe financial hardship. These places are only available during daytimes.
Cash or cheques are acceptable and paid at the start of each session.
Cancelling or rescheduling appointments
Please note that it is important that you give 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise your appointment is regretfully payable in full. I hope you can understand that I allocate a small number of slots each week for seeing clients and it is difficult to fill these slots if they become available last minute.
